Kipcore Cushion 500 impressed me!

Pros:
- Excellent value for money
- Top quality grip and cushion
- Solid build quality, very well made for the price
- Decent push from the shoe for speedier runs

Areas of Improvement:
- Upper felt a little less breathable, improving this will help with overall runnability of the shoe
- Lace unties without double knot which is not a big issue but an area to improve

I’m not saying women need a man to help them exercise, they don’t in theory. In reality though, there are many women who have the desire but unable to get out there and exercise because of social stigma, അങ്ങനെ ഒരു സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ this enablement can help them do it, and that’s my goal here.

YES, നോമ്പ് സമയത്തും ഓടാം but listen to your body and train mindfully.

I recommend reducing training volume by 20-30% during this period and focusing more on low intensity activities.

Lactate കൂടുമ്പോ breathing hard ആകും, കാലുകളിൽ ഒരു burning feeling ഉണ്ടാകും, കാലുകൾക്ക് weight കൂടുതൽ തോന്നും, pace കുറയും.
ശരീരം പറയുന്നതാണ് - മോനെ പണി പാളാറായി 💀

In longer distance races over 60 minutes of effort- this i why neutral split or negative split is recommended- not ideal to be running faster in the first half.

To increase lactate threshold:
🏃‍♂️ 20 min easy warm-up
🔥 6 × 3 min hard (10K effort)
🚶 2 min easy jog between
❄️ 10 min cool down

Beginners do this one:
🏃‍♂️ 15 min easy
🔥 5 × 2 min hard
🚶 2 min walk/jog
❄️ 10 min easy

Try these once a week for 4 weeks.
Come back in a month and tell me.

Beginner protocol:
